The 23rd annual COBYS Bike & Hike was held on Sunday afternoon, September 8, at the Lititz Church of the Brethren, 300 West Orange Street, Lititz, PA 17543. Motorcyclists, bicyclists and walkers participated in support of the ministries of COBYS Family Services. Groups of family, friends and church members gathered support and pledges and helped make the event a wonderful success.

Over $117,000 was raised by the participants, supporters and business sponsors. The money raised is critical funds to support the children and families we serve. Our services in the community are often underfunded. Participants in Bike & Hike help make up the difference.

In addition to glorious weather, participants and visitors took part in a Silent Auction, family-friendly games and activities and enjoyed some ice cream and refreshments.

People who had not participated before we able to hear about COBYS and its ministries of foster care, adoption, counseling and family life education.
