Strategic Plan 2025-2030

We are pleased to present the 2025-2030 COBYS Family Services Strategic Plan. This plan is the result of collaboration between individuals from various roles across Lancaster County in order to map a plan toward improvements and efficiencies in our operations. The dedication of the strategic plan team resulted in four distinct goals, each with accompanying action steps to help us reach these goals.
